In our meditation teacher training course, you’ll be shown how to develop the holistic tools and skills to teach meditation to individuals or groups in various settings.
This 120-hour course has a total of 12 modules. Study part-time (1 module per week) and graduate in 3 months or study full-time (2 modules per week) and graduate in 6 weeks.

No previous experience is required. Open to anyone over 18 years and mature age students are welcome.

The Meditation Teacher Training Course includes a variety of videos, meditations, exercises, activities, audios, and lectures.
Each time you complete a module, you’ll submit your coursework in our online classroom to your teacher. Your teacher will return it to you with personalised feedback.
For one-on-one support, besides personalised feedback you’ll receive with your coursework, you also may contact your teacher by email, arrange for a Zoom session or phone call.
