Meditation became something she could feel, not just understand.

 

From there, her practice deepened - supporting her to feel calmer, more grounded and more connected within herself, even during times of stress.

How Much Time Do I Need Each Week?

The training is designed to fit around your life - not the other way around. 

 

You don't need large blocks of time to begin. Even a few hours each week is enough. ​

Most students choose one of these approaches: 

 Flexible, part-time pace

Around 6 - 10 hours per week

If you'd like to experience meditation in a supportive, guided setting before deciding, you’re warmly invited to join the Calm Hour.

 

This is a free monthly live meditation session, held on the first Monday of each month - designed to help you feel calm, clear, and more at ease. ​

During this session, you'll:
